This is a card that I demonstrated and all of the guests made at Lenea’s Stampin’ Up! workshop yesterday. The stamp set is Sense of Time from the Occasions Mini Catalog.
The large clock was stamped in VersaMark and the small gears were stamped in VersaMark also but then "popped" using the Stampin’ Pastels. This technique is called "Poppin’ Pastels".
