This beautiful tag was made by Sandie Bleecker, a demonstrator on my Team.  Sandie does beautiful artwork, and I was so happy she allowed me to post her work. 

Sandie used the Dream A Little (Level 3 Hostess Stamp Set) and added the detail to the large flower using watercolors but not adding water.  I love her choice of colors and the attention to detail.
