I have been singing “I Will Survive” for over a week now. Last week would have been exciting enough with just Mardi Gras, but I had to throw 2 slumber parties in to the Mardi Gras Madness.
Both of my daughters had birthdays last week. My oldest DD is now 12, and my youngest DD is 9. (Yes, I know having 2 birthdays so close together is not advised.) We are still putting the house back together, and the sunroom floor has a new purple tint thanks to the nail polish. I didn’t even know that we had purple nail polish!
On a positive note, I did do a lot of stamping over the weekend and enjoyed our Team meeting yesterday afternoon. Stay tuned for some sneak peeks from my Card Class coming up this Friday.

I generally take some time off from blogging during the summer. Well this year, my "break" started in April and ended when the kids went back to school – yeah! I have been stamping and scrapbooking, so I have lots of projects to share with you.
