I was trying to think of something quick, easy, and simple. What is more simpler than just using black and white? So, in this sample, I used Basic Black cardstock, the new Bride Specialty Paper (pg. 158), Cherished Memories rub-ons (retired) and Elegant Bouquet Textured Impressions folder (pg. 195).

This picture really doesn’t due this card justice, but give it a try. Below you will see a close-up of the embossed/impressed image as well as the inside of the card!
Instructions
- Cut a piece of 4-1/4 x 5-1/2 Basic Black cardstock. This is the card base.
- Then cut a piece of 4 x 10-3/4 Bride Specialty Paper and score so it opens at the top.
- Wrap the card around the embossing folder with one side of the card in the actual folder and run it through your Big Shot machine. Notice at the top of the card you will also see I ran it through again.

- This is the close up of the inner-fold and where I ran it through a 2nd time for the upper-left corner of the card front. The 2nd time through is for the embossed flowers you see "above" the word Cherish and notice what it does to the inside of the card.

- Here is the full view of the inside of the card.

Where this bottom portion is where you would type or stamp a greeting. But notice the embossed upper area – a nice, elegant look for an inside of a card. - Add desired rub-ons such as Love & Laughter or Dotted Delicates.
- Lastly, just adhere the Bride Specialty Paper onto the black base.
- You’re done!
Embossing folders are great and add texture to your projects! Give them a try!
