When you are working with the White Signo Gel Pen, I recommend that you stamp all of the images first, and then add the white accents and set the accent pieces aside.  It doesn’t take long for the White Gel Pen accents to dry, but I would set the accents aside while you assemble the rest of the card base.

Instructions and Product Used

1. Create a 4 x 4 card in Whisper White.
2. Cut a 3-3/4 x 3-3/4 piece of patterned paper from Pawsitively Prints designer series paper (background).
3. Cut a 2-3/4 x 3-3/4 piece of solid green patterned paper (for the house).
4. Adhere the two solid pieces together and then punch a hole for the window using the Square Scallop Punch.
5. Stamp flowers in Chocolate Chip Classic Ink at the bottom.
6. Cut a 1-1/2 x 3-3/4 piece of solid  blue patterned paper (for the roof) and turn/fold in the corners.

   
    

7. Trace the corner of the window using a pencil and then stamp the bear image (from the Beary Best Friends stamp set) on the Whisper White card front (using Chocolate Chip Classic Ink). I used a piece of paper at the bottom of the traced window image so no ink shows through the bottom of the card.

   
    

8. Now you can adhere the "house" to the card front and see the bear showing through the window. Use SNAIL Adhesive.
9. Then adhere the roof using the SNAIL Adhesive .
10. Lastly, stamp the greeting. To acomplish the look of the 2 line greeting, I used a Chocolate Chip Stampin’ Write Marker and first colored the "Thank You" of the stamp, then stamped it on the card.  Then cleaned the stamp.  Then again, used the same technique for the 2nd half of the greeting "Beary Much".

Other Suggestions

• Color the bear with Stampin’ Write Markers.
• Color the bear with Pastels.
• Use embossing to stamp the bear, flowers, and greeting.
• Experiment with different card sizes.
• Add ribbon or brads.
• Add a door or chimney to the "home" design.

Here is another card using the Clearly Thanks Window Sheets.  The printed window sheets are a real time saver.  This card took me less than 5 minutes to make thanks to the Printed Window Sheets.

The card base is Kiwi Kiss, and I added a color block of Pacific Point directly behind the words "Thank You".  I have 3 hidden mini glue dots directly behind the 3 Flower Fusion embellishments.  I added brads to the Flower Fusions and then used a mini glue dot to adhere the flowers to the front of the card.

I am making these notecards in sets of 10 with matching envelopes to give my family members.  These are very easy to make as they are flat cards.  You add your note on the bottom part of the card and insert it in the matching envelope.  The main reason these are great is because you can use all of your scrap pieces of cardstock to make most of the card bling.  The old olive piece is 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" and the whisper white piece is 4-1/8" x 5-3/8".  You can then add your thank you bling based on what you have available.  I’ll be posting more Christmas Thank You Notes soon.
